NHS Trust Covering 45,000 Patients Joins Up Data With InterSystems TrakCare
ABERDEEN, UNITED KINGDOM, July 18, 2016 — NHS Grampian is now live with TrakCare, InterSystems’ unified healthcare information system. Previously, clinicians across the region were limited to paper records for patients both on the mainland and the islands. Doctors caring for these 45,000 patients now have access to a consolidated electronic record that can be shared by clinical teams across the region, dramatically improving the level and quality of care for local patients.
