21-Hospital Network to Launch New Identity in 2016
GREAT NECK, NEW YORK, September 14, 2015 — Eighteen years after the merger that created the North Shore-LIJ Health System, New York’s largest health care provider has unanimously voted to change its name to Northwell Health. The name change will take effect as part of an organizational relaunch in 2016.
