Agreement Reached in June 2013 Receives Formal Approvals
TORONTO, ONTARIO, October 1, 2013 — Having completed the necessary government, regulatory and shareholder approvals, LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services announced the completion of its acquisition of CML HealthCare. Together LifeLabs and CML will expand access for patients to community laboratory testing services in the province of Ontario.
