The holidays give us time to reflect, space to celebrate, and the downtime necessary to reignite our creative energies.
And if you’re cut from the same cloth I am, that space of fullness and peace will allow your mind to wander, dreaming of what you want—for yourself, your organization, and our healthcare industry at large. Maybe you catch up reading all the end-of-year reports published by the analysts, or a trusted thought leader you follow on LinkedIn.
Maybe you write a short list of the BIG things you really want for the year ahead and put it up in your kitchen, so you can see it every day. Maybe that list has things like: new analytics and reporting capabilities, smoother interoperability, or a successful “pass” on the NCQA DAV program.
