Now a part of Stryker, Mobius Imaging was the premier developer and supplier of Airo TruCT, the largest inner bore mobile diagnostic and intraoperative CT imaging system for human and equine veterinary applications.
When employees at Mobius had ideas for improving their Salesforce Service Cloud configuration, specifically, expanding the scope of their field service operations, improving their case system with Brain Labs, and improving their tracking system of devices, configuration, and case history, the company brought in J2 as their consulting partner.
J2 leveraged Field Service Lightning (FSL) to provide Mobius a tool to schedule, track, and support a mobile field service team as they grew and increased the scope of their field service operations. J2 also configured FSL to schedule and dispatch field service technicians based on their experience, location, and skills. The technician location and activities were tracked via a mobile application, and asset updates were recorded via a tailored mobile FSL app.
In addition, J2 automated Mobius’ case management process with Brain Labs using Salesforce Service Cloud to eliminate manual processes and improved the tracking of devices, configuration, and case history by implementing FSL to make devices more reportable and provide Mobius with an understanding their state.
