PhysicianOne Urgent Care provides quality, easily-accessible, walk-in medical care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries through its 18 locations in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York.
When PhysicianOne needed to bolster their sales and marketing activities, they brought in J2 to consult on the project. The provider had several goals: drive patient volume and increase patient loyalty, move to a more advanced CRM for management of employer outreach, measure how patients are reacting to outreach campaigns, and implement a sophisticated marketing platform for engagement with employers and patients and tracking and management of inbound patient leads.
J2 implemented Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud to improve PhysicianOne’s sales and marketing activities by consolidating and importing patient and employer group data from DocuTap and capturing Google Ads data in Health Cloud. Employees at PhysicianOne are now able to: upload patient data from DocuTap to the HIPAA-compliant Health Cloud, identify sales opportunities based on company accounts, track sales leads and client outreach throughout the sales process, segment existing patient data to create targeted email lists for automated campaigns; track, measure, and report on email campaign results; track, measure, and report on paid search campaign efforts; and track web leads through to patient conversion.
