Healthix, the largest public Health Information Exchange (HIE) in the nation, serving New York City and Long Island, collects data from more than 2,000 organizations across 8,000 healthcare facilities for +20 million patients. They are devoted to developing, deploying, and operating innovative uses of interoperable health information technology and analytics to facilitate patient-centric care and promote improved health care quality, coordination, and outcomes for New Yorkers.
Hixny
The Healthcare Information Xchange of New York (Hixny), a not-for-profit RHIO whose coverage area includes 17 counties in Northern New York, is composed of a diverse group of healthcare organizations including hospitals, physician practices, health plans, healthcare associations, government/education and consumer/patient groups.
MemorialCare Health System
MemorialCare Health System is a not-for-profit integrated delivery system that includes six hospitals, two medical groups, several outpatient health centers and an Independent Practice Association (IPA) in Southern California. MemorialCare’s focus on evidence-based best practice medicine has resulted in outcomes that frequently exceed state and national averages.
Midwest Health Connection
Missouri Health Connection (MHC) is a health information exchange that allows doctors, hospitals and x-ray facilities statewide to access patient medical information quickly and securely. MHC’s services reach 7,000 physicians, 62 hospitals and more than 350 clinics in Missouri and neighboring states.
NC HIEA: HealthConnex
The North Carolina Health Information Exchange Authority (NC HIEA) was created in 2015 to oversee and administer the NC Health Information Exchange Network. It is a state entity that resides in the Data Division/Government Data Analytics Center of the NC Department of Information Technology.
New York eHealth Collaborative
The New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC) is a not-for-profit organization working to improve healthcare for all New Yorkers through health information technology. Founded in 2006 in partnership with the New York State Department of Health, NYeC serves as the focal point for health IT in the State of New York.
Northwell Health

Pioneer Valley Information Exchange
The Pioneer Valley Information Exchange (PVIX) is an HIE serving over one million patients in Western Massachusetts and neighboring states. A collaboration of local healthcare providers and organizations spearheaded by Baystate Health and Baycare Health Partners, PVIX is designed to be the one simplified location where physicians across the region can go to get access to the critical patient data they need, at the moment they need it.
Rhode Island Quality Institute
The Rhode Island Quality Institute (RIQI) is a non-profit organization committed to improving healthcare in the State of Rhode Island through care coordination, reduction in errors and waste, quality measurement, and improved consumer engagement.
