As a bonus, for every system health check scheduled between now and June 30, 2025, J2 will support a health check for a family that otherwise wouldn’t have seen a doctor this year. Your health check becomes their health check, because healthy systems = healthy humans.
Access to the environment will be required, as well as a list of the servers to be reviewed. We’ll be in and out with minimal impact.
J2 experts will review each server and instance of Ensemble and HealthShare, along with their related dependencies such as Apache, Subversion, or GIT, and their underlying systems, whether virtual or physical. We’ll review configurations, performance, and security. You’ll receive a full report of our review, findings, and recommendations for improvement.

Upon completion of your health check, you’ll have the option of engaging J2 to resolve any issues we uncovered and bring your system back to a stable, high-performing, maintainable state.
