When CardioFocus needed to integrate their Salesforce systems and Epicor EPR for better sales management, the company brought in J2 Interactive as their consulting partner to complete the work. J2 upgraded CardioFocus’ Salesforce org and integrated Epicor to Salesforce for orders, invoices, assets, accounts, and products. We also configured accounts to match up with Epicor GPO participation, configured cases, serialized assets, and created workflows, opportunity records, and device location objects.
With J2’s work, CardioFocus logged 5x as many surgical cases in the following two months as compared to when they started. There was a 50% increase in closed opportunities, improved efficiencies in scheduling and completing training events for practitioners, and improved efficiency in order management processes. J2’s work has also ensured loss prevention of assets and tracking of asset location.
