Salesforce Productivity Enhancements
Employees at Microline had submitted ideas for improving their current Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration. Ideas included upgrading to an improved user interface and adding new integrations. The company brought J2 in as their new Salesforce consulting partner, since J2 has a long track record of implementing and enhancing Salesforce for medical device manufacturers.
Among the enhancements that J2 implemented were:
- Converting Salesforce to the Lightning Experience for an improved user experience
- Building approval processes into the pipeline/quoting processes
- Importing master products & implemented price books to streamline quoting
- Configuring key reports and dashboards for mobile applications
J2 continues to work with Microline to identify additional areas for improvement that can be accomplished with Salesforce configurations.
