HealthShare-Based Application Coordinates Thousands of Bespoke Care Plans Across London
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, November 25, 2015 — Coordinate My Care announced that it has gone live with a new IT system that makes urgent care plans more accessible to patients and healthcare providers across London. The HealthShare-based application, built by a joint team of InterSystems and J2 resources, manages over 25,000 individual care plans for patients receiving urgent and palliative care. Within hours of the launch, hundreds of staff from over eighty healthcare organisations had accessed the system to consult existing care plans and create new ones.
